How do you make the dolls?
All of my dolls start with a base doll that I then strip away ALL color and begin to work on. This means all coloring, eyes, markings, clothes, etc.  Then I start the process of rebuilding the doll in whatever form I think the doll should take. Eyelash by eyelash, vein by vein and bruise by bruise. All of the plastic dolls I sell are made in a style similar to reborn dolls...except more like reverse reborning since I'm not getting them to look realistic and cute, I'm making them look like something more sinister. 

I enjoy taking my time with each little one and getting every detail just right.  I use high quality colors on all of the dolls and sealers whenever possible.  Most of the paints I use on the dolls "sink" into the plastic so you don't have to worry about colors smearing or flaking.  However if the dolls won't absorb the paint then I use a sealer and I always do my best to make it look like a part of the doll.  After that I  handroot the hair (which means that I use a tool to push each hair into the dolls head), add eyes and other features and finally sew a new outfit for the doll unless I find the perfect little outfit before I get a chance to make one.  Some dolls need an accessory too so once they have that they're ready to go.  Each doll varies in the time I put into it but each doll is no less than 6 hours and the more expensive ones take days.

Why do the cost so much?  I've seen other dolls listed for much less elsewhere.
The dolls cost more than some other dolls out there for a few reasons.  One is the materials that I use.  If I am using a very unique and more expensive base doll then that is reflected in the cost.  Second is the time that goes into each doll.  These dolls have ALOT of materials and time that go into making them .  It's for that reason that I hope you find them to be a very special piece of art that you want to bring into your home.  I don't want to skimp on details or quality so I only use what I feel is the best.   I do my best to keep the costs as low as possible at all times but in the end I will always choose the material that will look the best on what I'm working on so that YOU get the best and most unique product possible.

How do you ship your items and can I combine shipping?
Of course you can combine shipping!  Each item you order is safely packaged and triple checked before it is sent on it's way to you.  Each item you order comes with a certificate of authenticity as well as a care sheet.  I use USPS for shipping all my packages and get delivery confirmation as well.  It is up to you if you want to add insurance onto your order.  Just send an email and I'll be happy to do so.  Shipping is calculated based on your zipcode.  You will recieve an email from me once I recieve your order and your payment has cleared.  I only put items up for sale that are finished, in stock and ready to go so you know that your item will ship within 24 hours of your order being recieved (unless there's a holiday then it will be the next business day).  You will be given a tracking number so you can follow your package and get ready for the arrival of your new little devil!  If you don't recieve your item or it is damaged in transit contact me by phone or email immediately!

What is your return policy?
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so I offer a full return policy minus shipping and handling.  The doll must be returned to me in the same condition (resellable) that you recieved it.  If the doll was damaged in transit then I will take care of it through the shipping company that was used.  DO NOT send a doll back without contacting me first.  Please get in touch with me and I will make the arrangements with you.  I want you to be a happy member of our BeDeviled family!

What kind of payment do you take?
I accept credit cards and checks via paypal.  All MN residents will be charged 6.875% sales tax at the time of checkout.

Is there any way to find out about new items first?  Do you ever have sales?
